Need help with a trip, an email import, or DepartBuddy PRO? Send an email and we will get back to you.

Email imports

Forward a booking confirmation to the private address shown in DepartBuddy, then open Inbox and refresh. Every import can be reviewed before saving. Pending imports can be discarded or purged from Settings and expire automatically after seven days.

DepartBuddy PRO

Purchases can be restored from the DepartBuddy paywall. For an App Store purchase, manage or cancel PRO from Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. For a Google Play purchase, use Google Play subscriptions.

Privacy requests

For access or deletion requests, email hello@departbuddy.com. Include your DepartBuddy forwarding address if the request concerns email-import data.
