Email support

Email imports

Forward a booking confirmation to the private address shown in DepartBuddy, then open Inbox and refresh. Every import can be reviewed before saving. Pending imports can be discarded or purged from Settings and expire automatically after seven days.

DepartBuddy PRO

Manage or cancel DepartBuddy PRO from Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Purchases can be restored from the DepartBuddy paywall.

Privacy requests

For access or deletion requests, email hello@departbuddy.com. Include your DepartBuddy forwarding address if the request concerns email-import data.
